Per l'importazione temporanea del veicolo in Marocco non è piú necessaria la compilazione del Modello D16bis.
La procedura è stata informatizzata direttamente a bordo del traghetto.
Con il documento che viene rilasciato a bordo si passano direttamente i controlli una volta giunti al porto di Tanger Med.
Nessuna altra variazione alla proceddura di sbarco e imbarco, che riportiamo di seguito come promemoria.
For vehicles temporary import in Morocco model D16tbis is no mor necessary. Maroccan Customs Department has informatized this procedure on board. With the document you will receive, you can direct pass through controls once you arrive in Tanger Med Port.
No other modification to the procedures you can read below as a recall.

GUIDA PRATICA ALLA DOGANA MAROCCHINA (da "MAROCCO 2014" - aggiornata)
Come fare la prima volta che ci si reca in Marocco? Un po' per le difficoltà legate alla lingua, un po' perchè non si è pratici delle pratiche doganali dato che in Europa ormai vi è quasi ovunque la libera circolazione delle persone e delle merci, arrivare in Marocco può rappresentare un'incognita imbarazzante.
Ecco qui una breve guida illustrata su come muoversi all'interno dei controlli di frontiera Marocchini.
PRACTICAL GUIDE TO THE MOROCCAN CUSTOMS (updated from "MOROCCO 2014" )
How to do the first time you go to Morocco? A little due to the difficulties related to the language, a little because one is not familiar with customs practices since in Europe by now there is almost everywhere the free movement of people and goods, arriving in Morocco can represent an embarrassing unknown.
Here is a brief illustrated guide on how to move within the Moroccan border controls.
1.IN NAVE DIREZIONE MAROCCO
Durante la navigazione in avvicinamento al porto di Tanger Med vi verrá fornito un modulo da compilare. Uno per ogni persona. Dopo averlo compilato (vedi immagine) bisogna che vi presentiate di nuovo allo "sportello"
dove il contenuto di ciò che avete dichiarato verrà trascritto su un pc, e verranno apposti dei timbri. Vi verrá consegnato anche un modulo per il veicolo.
1.IN SHIP DIRECTION MOROCCO
During the navigation approaching the port of Tanger Med you will be given one form to fill out. One for each person. After completing it (see image) you have to go to the two "branches" where the content of what you have declared will be transcribed on a PC, and stamps will be affixed. You will have back a schedule for your veichle.
2.ARRIVO A TANGER MED (vedi immagine)
Una volta usciti dal porto, appena sbarcati dalla nave, c'è un primo controllo di polizia. Verificheranno che sia stato apposto un timbro sul passaporto.
Avanzerete lungo un percorso guidato, giungendo ad un secondo controllo di Polizia. Prendete la corsia selezionata dal cartello che riporta lo stesso
codice del modello da voi compilato. Subito dopo vi sarà quello doganale, dove verrà controllato anche il veicolo. Non avanzate a quello doganale se
non ci sono Ufficiali di Polizia nei box, altrimenti vi rimanderanno indietro. In Dogana parcheggiate secondo le istruzioni che vi verranno date sotto la tettoia e attendete che qualcuno venga a prendere il foglietto verde del veicolo. Non state troppo in disparte però, altrimenti crederanno che qualche
altro ufficiale di dogana abbia già ritirato il vostro documento, dato che la procedura è un po' caotica e l'ordine lasciato al caso. Proponetevi con il foglio
in mano, capiranno.
Svolta anche questa incombenza avanzate fino al parcheggio successivo, dove troverete gli uffici di cambio contante forniti anche di sportello automatico
e le agenzie della compagnia assicurativa.
Dopo un ulteriore controllo di Polizia sarete fuori dal porto.
Non perdete assolutamente il foglio verde che vi riconsegneranno!!!
2. ARRIVAL TANGER MED (see image)
Once out of the port, as soon as they disembark from the ship, there is a first police check. They will verify that a passport stamp has been affixed.
You will advance along a guided route, arriving at a second Police check. Take the lane selected by the sign that shows the same
model code compiled by you. Immediately afterwards there will be the customs one, where the vehicle will also be checked. Not advanced to the customs one though
there are no police officers in the pits, otherwise they will send you back. Parked in Customs according to the instructions given to you under the
shed and wait for someone to pick up the green slip of the vehicle. But don't be too far off, otherwise they will believe that some
another customs officer has already withdrawn your document, since the procedure is a bit chaotic and the order left to chance. Propose yourself with the sheet
in hand, they will understand.
Also turn this task forward to the next parking lot, where you will find the cash change offices also provided with an ATM
and insurance company agencies.
After a further police check you will be out of the port.
Absolutely don't miss the green sheet that you return!
3.PARTENZA DA TANGER MED (vedi immagine)
Il Check-in può essere effettuato indifferentemente alla Stazione Marittima o prima della Dogana. Consiglio di farlo alla Stazione Marittima, in quanto meno
affollato e libero da "factotum" locali.
Mettetevi in fila per il controllo di Polizia, seguito da quello doganale. Vi è un'ulteriore controllo con Radiografo e cani (antidroga?), dopodichè sarete liberi di
parcheggiare sul piazzale in attesa dell'imbarco.
3.TANGER FROM TANGER MED (see image)
Check-in can be carried out either at the Stazione Marittima or before the Customs. I recommend doing so at the Maritime Station, at least
crowded and free from local "factotum".
Get in line for police control, followed by customs. There is further control with Radiograph and dogs (anti-drug?), After which you will be free to
park on the square waiting for boarding.
ATTENZIONE - BE CAREFOUL
Qualora doveste tornare in Marocco con lo stesso veicolo portate con voi il documento di uscita dello stesso. In passato è successo che, per errori burocratici, non fosse registrata l'uscita del veicolo. Alla Dogana Marocchina in entrata la volta successiva, è accaduto che abbiano trattato il veicolo come se non fosse mai uscito dal Paese, richiedendo le tasse di importazione!
If you return to Morocco with the same vehicle, take the exit document with you. In the past it happened that, due to bureaucratic errors, the exit of the vehicle was not recorded. At the incoming Moroccan Customs the next time, it happened that they treated the vehicle as if it had never left the Country, requesting import taxes!
