Test : "EASY CLUTCH" - per frizioni a cavo - for clutch cable-system

Durante il BaCaBa (raid in offroad da Bologna a Campo Imperatore) ho avuto occasione di provare l' "Easy Clutch", acquistato su https://www.24mx.it/
In pratica un riduttore di sforzo per frizioni a cavo.

Devo dire che il prodotto è molto valido, seppur non esente da difetti.
In pratica si tratta di una leva inscatolata che moltiplica il braccio-di-leva della frizione a cavo, riducendo lo sforzo per azionarla.
Sulla mia Husqvarna TE610E m.y.2006 la leva frizione si usa normalmente con due dita, ma, specie nelle prime uscite in enduro dell'anno, si patisce un po' per le numerose trazioni della leva necessarie in questa sport.
Grazie a questo geniale accessorio, la leva frizione puó essere tirata tranquillamente con un solo dito.
Durante il BaCaBa e i suoi oltre 1.000km in offroad in 7 giorni consecutivi, pur essendo di fatto la ptima uscita da ottobre dello scorso anno, non ho mai sofferto per il ripetuto utilizzo della leva frizione.

Dicevo che il prodotto non è esente da difetti. Infatti l'alloggiamento del bussolotto del cavo frizione della moto, quello che porta alla leva dell'attuatore sul motore, risulta disassato di ben 2mm, facendo cosí sfregare il cavo su un lato del condotto di uscita.

Ma con l'utilizzo di una fresa,

 due piccole sezioni di tubo in alluminio e un buon collante bicomponente per metalli,

 il problema puó essere facilmente risolto (foto in apertura)

I must say that the product is very good, although not without flaws.
In practice it is a boxed-lever that multiplies the lever-arm of the clutch cable, reducing the effort to operate the pump.
On my Husqvarna TE610E m.y.2006 the clutch lever is used normally with two fingers, but, especially during enduro early exits of the year, you suffer a bit for the many pull-ups of the lever required in this sport.
Thanks to this ingenious accessory, the clutch lever can be pulled easily with a single finger.
During BaCaBa and its more than 1,000 km offroad in 7 consecutive days, despite never being in enduro til October of last year, I never suffered from the repeated use of the clutch lever.

I said that the product is not without flaws. In fact the dice-casing of the motorcycle clutch cable, the one of the cable leading to the actuator lever on the engine, is well offset of 2mm, doing so rub the cable on a side of the outlet duct.

But with the use of a milling cutter,

 two small sections of aluminum pipe and a good two-component adhesive for metals,

the problem can be easily solved. (Picture on the top)
